Amerifiber’s Warranty Information
Amerifiber offers a limited 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our standard and custom fiber optic cable assemblies and distribution products. This warranty shall be voided if the product has been improperly modified, damaged, mishandled, or improperly stored by the buyer. All products suspected of being defective are subject to inspection by Amerifiber in order to determine if a manufacturing defect is present or if the product was otherwise damaged after manufacture. The buyer shall contact Amerifiber to request a warranty RMA prior to returning any product for warranty coverage.
Once a product is deemed to be defective, Amerifiber is only liable for the repair, replacement, or credit value of the product. For materials deemed by Amerifiber to contain manufacturing defects, Amerifiber shall cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of said materials. Amerifiber shall issue a credit for any inbound shipping costs incurred by the buyer if the product is repaired, replaced or credited under warranty.
